Everyone we encountered in Cambodia exuded an incredible aura. From the hotel to the restaurants, the temples, and the street markets, people were consistently kind, friendly and helpful. We were fortunate to have the sweetest guide imaginable. Silen, pronounced Sea Lion, was always there whenever we needed assistance. Thanks again to Sandy and Ethan our amazing travel agents at AsiaDesk based in Vietnam, and in Atlanta, we had excellent guides everywhere we went. Asiadesk.net helped us create the best trip possible in Southeast Asia.
As we traveled through the city, Tara and I were consistently impressed by the kindness of the Cambodian people. Everywhere we went, we were well taken care of, and we never felt uneasy for a moment. We learned that Cambodia has the lowest crime rate of any country in the world. We immediately understood this as we observed how everyone treated one another.
I strongly suggest exploring this charming small town in Cambodia. It's not only the temples that make it worth visiting, but also the amazing people.
More too come!
